About This Role This role is designed for technicians who want to master their craft. You do not need to know chillers, boilers, or cooling towers yet. What you do need is a strong foundation in HVAC and refrigeration fundamentals and a hunger to keep learning. We are looking for individuals who understand the "why" behind the "what." Technicians who know their theory, including electrical controls, refrigeration cycles, airflow, and heat transfer, and who are ready to take their skills to the next level.
