LOCATION BancFirst Tower 100 N Broadway Ave, Oklahoma City, OK Frequent day & overnight travel within Oklahoma HOURS Full-Time POSITION SUMMARY As a Treasury Sales Coordinator, this individual is accountable for growing Treasury Revenue by improving the knowledge and sales skills of new and existing Treasury Management Officers through onboarding, creating and delivering Treasury Product/Service training, career development plans, sales recognition programs, completions of RFPs, and the implementation of best practices and sales tools. This position will also work directly with large or complex client onboardings and may occasionally fill in for Treasury Management Officers as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Capability to build strong professional relationships with clients and employees Develop strategic roadmaps for specific Treasury training and development programs Deliver Treasury Service training to a wide variety of experience groups Take lead on sales calls with Treasury Management Officers Resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently Create clear, concise, and user-friendly materials to explain complex technical information that bridges the gap between technical experts and end-users, making complex concepts understandable for various audiences. REQUIREMENTS Minimum of 2 years of Treasury Service related experience Passion for creating and delivering training and developing employees Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong understanding of core banking functions, payables and receivables Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Constant use of computer screens Ability to operate a computer keyboard, use hand to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk, see or hear Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods of time during the workday Long periods of typing and repetitive motion Hometown service, statewide strength.
