LOCATION Onsite Position 100 N Broadway Ave, Oklahoma City, OK
HOURS Full-Time M-F POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a strategic
and user-centric Consumer Digital Banking Product Manager to lead
the development and enhancement of digital banking experiences
across web and mobile platforms. This role is critical to shaping
how our customers interact with their money — from account opening
and money movement to budgeting and financial wellness. This
position will work cross-functionally with tech support,
compliance, advertising, call centers and management to deliver
best-in-class digital solutions that drive engagement, customer
satisfaction, and business growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be

Define and execute the product roadmap for consumer digital banking
experiences. Lead the ideation, development, and launch of new
features across mobile and online banking platforms. Conduct user
research and leverage customer insights to provide recommendations
for product enhancements. Collaborate to create intuitive,
accessible, and delightful experiences. Work closely with vendors
to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Monitor performance
metrics and continuously optimize products based on data and
feedback. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscape, and
regulatory requirements. Serve as the voice of the customer in
product planning discussions. Ensure compliance with applicable
banking regulations, privacy, and security standards. Flexibility
as product enhancements occur during the evening and weekends to
avoid customer disruption as much as possible. REQUIREMENTS: 2-4
years of product management experience, preferably in fintech or
digital banking. Proven success managing digital consumer products,
especially mobile-first experiences. Strong understanding of core
banking functions, money movement (ACH, wires, BillPay, A2A and P2P
etc.) and account lifecycle. Excellent communication and
stakeholder management skills. Analytical mindset with a
data-driven approach to decision-making. Passion for innovation,
user experience, and financial empowerment. PREFERRED SKILLS AND
QUALIFICATIONS Experience with open banking APIs, digital identity,
or embedded finance. Familiarity with accessibility standards
(WCAG) and inclusive design. Prior work with fraud, authentication,
or digital security features. Experience working in agile
development environments with cross-functional teams. PHYSICAL
