What You’ll Achieve: Be the go-to expert, analyzing standard and actual manufacturing costs—your work makes the numbers tell the real story. Manage BOMs and routings, ensuring systems reflect operational realities. Deliver variance reports that cut to the chase—material, labor, and overhead. Your clarity fuels leadership decisions. Own inventory valuations and reconciliations; you keep records air-tight and business moving at speed. Drive critical month-end close activities, reconciling accounts and producing cost reports that highlight what matters. Partner with Operations teams for hands-on impact: spot cost drivers and unearth efficiency wins others miss. Master ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite), ensuring accuracy at every touchpoint. Leverage advanced Excel skills to uncover trends, build compelling dashboards, and bring data to life. What Sets You Apart: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or similar field). 3 years’ cost accounting experience in a high-powered manufacturing setting—this isn’t your first rodeo. Experience with BOMs, routings, and operational reporting. ERP system proficiency (Dynamics, Oracle, NetSuite). Advanced Excel skills for analysis and visualization.
