What You'll Be Doing Support daily operations of the quarry and plant to ensure safety, efficiency, and productivity Implement and monitor production schedules to meet company targets, with a production volume of 1.7 million tons per year Collaborate with plant leadership to implement process improvements and optimize production Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime Lead and develop team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement What Are We Looking For Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive operational excellence Strong understanding of aggregate production processes and equipment Proven capability in problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in related Engineering discipline, or equivalent work experience Five years of aggregates operations management experience Advanced understanding of geology, mining methods, and regulations Proven leadership skills managing multiple, diverse teams Entrepreneurial thinking and business opportunity identification Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a motor vehicle Work Environment This role is based in a quarry and plant setting, requiring regular exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy machinery, and varying terrain. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are essential.
