What You’ll Be Doing Troubleshoot and repair production equipment using mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic skills. Complete preventive maintenance and respond quickly to breakdowns to keep the plant running smoothly. Document repairs, parts used, and follow-up needs while communicating clearly with operations and maintenance leadership. What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or plant environment. Proven ability to diagnose and fix both mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
