This role involves detailed vehicle inspections, repairs, and maintenance, requiring technical skills and a dedication to quality work. Perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards Diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers In-depth knowledge of different automotive systems and parts Proficiency with electronic diagnostic equipment Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers Strong problem-solving skills and detail-oriented approach Medical Insurance Dental Insurance 401k ASE certification preferred
