Position Description The Director of Customer Service at Incredible Pizza Company has the critical responsibility to oversee the Customer Service Department which includes four sub-departments/employee positions - Sales Associates, Party Hosts, Dishwashers, and Bussers/maintenance employees. The Director of Customer Service works under the Managing Partner and is ultimately responsible for the success and maintenance of the Customer Service Department and its guests. This person will supervise employees and departmental managers, customer relations, training, safety, and operations. This individual must practice the servant leader management style by treating all employees and fellow leaders with respect and support. Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 3 Years of leadership experience in the customer service or family entertainment industry
• Ability to work with limited direct supervision
• Maintain a neat, clean, organized, and fun department
• Possess excellent planning, organizational, and implementation skills
• Perform duties as assigned by Managing Partner
• Ability to interact with guests, fellow leaders, and all employees in a friendly, fun, and courteous way
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and computer skills
• Well-groomed and neat appearance This is a full-time position requiring a minimum of 50 hours per week. Weekends and evenings are required. Compensation is based upon experience.
