Oakhurst Apartments is seeking a property manager with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate will be professional at all times and exhibit strong organizational skills. The property manager will also display excellent business judgment, have an acute concern for customer satisfaction, be responsive to inquiries, and possess a strong sense of fairness and integrity as they manage and oversee a large real-estate portfolio.

Responsibilities:
--- Establish good rapport with tenants and property owners
--- List properties on multiple platforms to ensure the highest rent is achieved
--- Lease newly available properties in a timely manner
--- Collect & record monthly rent
--- Scan and file necessary paperwork
--- Renew leases
--- Process and serve notices
--- Track maintenance requests and schedule vendors
--- Must be able to work within a property management system

Qualifications:

Basic understanding of MS Office
Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
Flexibility in schedule to include working both evenings and weekends
B.A. preferred, High School Diploma required
Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
--- Familiarity with property management software
--- Knowledge of Section 8 preferred
--- Must be detail-oriented
--- Highly organized individual
