Job Description:

Responsible for all operations activities within the plant for respective business composed of multiple value streams, collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics Teams activities aimed to meet and/or exceed Financial Plan; development and implementation for Operations Strategy for continued growth according to Business Plan.

Manufacturing Operations include Metals Fabrication, Precision Machining, Bending, Forming, Powder Coating, and Assembly. Responsible supporting the Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost management through hands on engagement and leadership that creates ownership in operational excellence journey.

Manage operations to ensure all safety, quality, production and financial goals are met.
develop and implement operational capacity plans to achieve and sustain annual growth forecast.
Lead operation capacity and sustainability based on Lean manufacturing best practices, including any specific actions and/or policy required to continually improve enterprise health.
Collaborate with defining and justifying and implementing capital projects.
Lead and direct Production Managers in execution of their responsibilities in accordance with the manufacturing plan.
Capable of conducting Root Cause Analysis and formalized Problem Solving methodology.
Engage with HR on staffing needs, requisitioning employees, identifying and coordination of training needs and participating in company initiatives.
Collaborate in out-sourcing strategy of products to maintain production continuity.

BS in Engineering, Business Management or related technical degree with at least 10 years experience in manufacturing and 3 years in Operations leadership. Proven experience with at least 5 years or more and a record of successes in a high speed manufacturing environment. Good understanding of finance, including income statements, balance sheets, budgeting and planning. Understanding and experience in metals or thick-wall injection molding used in manufacturing.PI206339146
