Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is looking for a Senior
Principal Project Manager to join our team based in Oklahoma City,
OKThis role can be located onsite in Oklahoma City, OK or the
individual can work in a remote, telework capacity Description:
Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects
and serves as liaison between project management and planning,
project team, and line managementReviews status of projects and
budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reportsAssesses
project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity,
quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectivesDevelops
mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and
problem solving with project managers, line managers, and
clientsSenior Principal Project Management: Bachelor's Degree with
10 years of experience OR Master's Degree with 8 years of
experience.
Aircraft modernization and sustainment project and cost
management
EVMS experience
CAM experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Access
Ability to assess logistics impacts to Period of Performance
changes and data flow.
Strong written and verbal skills
Organized and able to track multiple programs/projects among
several disciplinesMust have the ability to obtain and maintain a
U.SDepartment of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance and be
able to obtain and maintain Special Program AccessSalary Range:
$89,900 - $134,900 The above salary range represents a general
guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors
when determining base salary offers such as the scope and
responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience,
education, skills and current market conditionsEmployees may be
eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base payAnnual
bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as
allow employees to share in company resultsEmployees in Vice
President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term
IncentivesIn addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of
benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability
