Available Shifts: Weekend Doubles
Pay, Benefits and Perks of -Registered Nurse (RN):
$5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying candidate!
Competitive Pay Based on Experience
Shift Differential Pay (at participating locations)
8 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO+) added to your balance after 30 days
of employment; immediately accrue more PTO as you work! (full-time
only)
Earn 8 bonus hours of PTO+ for every quarter of perfect attendance
(full-time only)
6 Observed Holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 Floating Holiday
for full-time employees
Up to $5,000 per in tuition/education reimbursement per calendar
year for approved program of study
Take home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every
shift

Essential Functions -of -Registered Nurse (RN):
Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspect of nursing
The candidate will provide services that exceed company and
regulatory standards
Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
Assesses and documents the resident's condition and nursing
needs
Accurately and promptly implements physicians' orders
Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the
resident's needs and the person's capabilities and
qualifications
Administers medications
Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
Documents that treatment as required
Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment
is clean and maintained a safe manner
Other duties as assigned
-Qualifications of -Registered Nurse (RN):
Graduate of accredited RN School of Nursing
One year of nursing experience is preferred
Valid RN license
Valid CPR certification
Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number
for employer communication.
Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team
Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family
members, and at all levels of the organization
Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff
