Norman Regional is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Unit team.Job **
This is a dynamic opportunity for a new graduate or experienced RN to thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering safe and effective clinical care alongside a team.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide best possible treatment for patients
• Assess, analyze, and prioritize patient care needs
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Delegate tasks safely and provide direct and indirect nursing care
• Perform additional nursing functions based on acquired knowledge and skills
  • Diploma or Associates degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare field preferred
  • Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) training required
