We are a little different here! -Our mission is clear.We bring to life a healing ministry through our compassionate care and exceptional service. -Open Position : - RN Charge , ICU - Days , Ada, OK - - -OverviewThe Charge Registered Nurse utilizing theoretical concepts as a basis for decisions in practice will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in accordance with standards of nursing practice. -Incentives:Experienced Nurse Sign on Bonus up to $20,000 for select departments and shiftsRelocation Assistance up to $7,000 per policy with a 12 month agreement for select departments.Stay Premium Program- based on years of Mercy serviceEducation AssistanceUp to $20,000 Loan Forgiveness for new grad nursesTuition Reimbursement $2,000 per yearDay-One comprehensive medical, dental & vision insurancePTO/Vacation Time Frontload Up to 80 Hours for Experienced RNsEmployer-Matched Retirement Funds Shift Differentials -Qualifications:Required Education: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program. -(Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex.
