Our primary patient mix includes General, Bariatric and Neurosurgical services. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we accomplish this by combining proven nursing techniques, extensive post-surgical knowledge and top tier education and teamwork.We utilize our Norman Regional's core values of Integrity, Communication, Attitude, Results, and Engagement to not only provide excellent care to our patients and their families, but to maintain a culture of respect and safety while promoting teamwork as healthcare professionals.RN essential functions include, but are not limited with other health professionals, assessment, analyzing assessment data.establishing goals, planning care strategy, establishing priorities of care, implementing care.delegating tasks safely, providing safe direct and indirect nursing care, evaluating responses to interventions.performing additional nursing functions in accordance with knowledge and skills acquired beyond basic nursing preparation.
