We are a little different here! -Our mission is clear.We bring to life a healing ministry through our compassionate care and exceptional service. -Open Position : RN or LPN Float Pool , Nights , Mercy Ada, OK -Department Information:RN will float to all departments in the Ada, hospital - - -OverviewPerforms direct patient care activities for all age groups to include assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Monitors and coordinates patient care activities with ancillary departments to optimize patient care and comfort. Functions within the scope of nursing preparation and consistent with the established guidelines of nursing practice,the Philosophy of the Sisters of Mercy, the Code of Professional and Business Ethics and the Co-Worker Code of Conduct. (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN or LPN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements.Certifications: Completes Hospital and required nursing competencies, mandatory in-services/MyEducation assignments and relevant certifications (ex.
