Job Description:
Seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (3 days/week) to provide
on-site primary and preventive care in skilled nursing and
long-term care facilities. Offers a base salary with uncapped bonus

Responsibilities include diagnosing, treating, prescribing

Qualifications: Master's degree, board-certified NP license, DEA
license, experience in gerontology, acute care, cardiology, or
internal medicine, effective communication, and ability to work
independently and within a team.
