Job Description:
All shifts available for mental health/substance abuse treatment
in Pittsfield. Provide assessments, develop and implement
goal-focused treatment plans with client participation. Maintain
timely client records and collaborate with collateral agents.
Deliver evidence-based interventions in person or via Telehealth,
coordinating care within a team. Address urgent and routine care,
with routine goals reviewed quarterly. Participate in supervision,
meetings, and training. Qualifications include a Master--------s in
social work, psychology, counseling, or related field, with LICSW
or LMHC certification within 6 months. Must have strong diagnostic
skills, experience with individual and group counseling, and
proficiency with computers. Requires flexibility, professionalism,
and adherence to agency policies. Work may include evening and
weekend hours in a temperature-controlled office or community
locations.
