Job Description:
The Hospice Registered Nurse provides case management and direct
nursing care to hospice patients, coordinating with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality services.
Responsibilities include implementing and supervising patient care
plans based on physician directives and practicing within the Nurse
Practice Act.
Primarily covering the Anderson area, this full-time day shift role
involves Mon-Fri hours, with minimal on-call duties.
Qualifications include a nursing degree from an accredited program,
Indiana RN licensure, at least one year of nursing experience (home
care/hospice preferred), CPR certification, a valid driver--------s
license, and vehicle insurance.
Bachelor--------s degree in Nursing is preferred. The role
emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and community
involvement.
