Job Description:
Seeking a full-time RN for night shifts (7p-7a) in Oklahoma
City, OK, providing care on the Trauma IMC Stepdown Team.
Responsibilities include managing patient care through assessment,
planning, intervention, and evaluation, supervising staff, and
mentoring non-licensed personnel. Must adhere to safety goals,
participate in on-call duties, and be flexible to float to other
units if needed. Qualifications: Oklahoma RN license or multistate
license, BLS certification (CPR for Hospice, ACLS/PALS for
specialty units), effective communication, and department-specific
competencies. Additional requirements vary by department, such as
driving credentials, certifications, and physical demands
