role involves travel to Elk City, Hobart, Sayre, and Woodward,
providing dynamic and patient-centered care in a collaborative
healthcare environment. The Advanced Practitioner at OHH delivers
primary health care and specialized medical services under the
supervision of a physician. This position plays a critical role in
ensuring high-quality patient outcomes by: Clinical Care:
Conducting thorough patient evaluations, taking medical histories,
assessing conditions, and interpreting findings. Documentation:
Preparing and maintaining accurate medical records, including
dictating detailed reports. Patient Relationships: Establishing and
fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and
medical staff. Outpatient & Inpatient Duties: Managing new patient
consultations and follow-up appointments in clinic, as well as
rounding on hospitalized patients, performing history and physicals
(H&Ps), and completing discharge summaries. On-Call Support:
Handling physician pager calls during procedures, as directed.
Qualifications: Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work
autonomously in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to building
rapport with patients and collaborating effectively with the

Practitioner- National certification from a national certifying
body acceptable by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Current BLS
certification required. ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
Physician's Assistant - Baccalaureate degree or a minimum of two
years of college credit or graduate from ARC-PA (Accreditation
Review Commission on education for the Physician Assistant)
approved program. Current license as a Physician Assistant with the
Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure. Clinical Nurse Specialist
-Completion of a formal program of study approved by the Oklahoma
Board of Nursing which is designed to prepare registered nurses to
perform in an expanded role in the delivery of health care.
National certification from a national certifying body acceptable
by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing in Acute Care. (Or hold a
specialty certification as a clinical nurse specialist valid on
January 1, 1994, granted by a national certifying organization
recognized by the Oklahoma Board of Nursing and deemed to be a
clinical nurse specialist under the provisions of the Oklahoma
Nursing Practice Act. Licensure/Certification: Current BLS
certification required. ACLS certification within 60 days of hire.
Experience: Cardiology experience preferred. As part of our team,
