Job Description Company Description Enhanced Wound Care is a mobile clinic providing complex wound care needs in the home, nursing home, or assisted living facilities. We serve patients across Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, and Texas. We are dedicated to ensuring patients receive the highest quality of wound care in the comfort of their preferred living environments. Our team is committed to helping those who struggle to attend wound care appointments by bringing the care to them. Role Description This is a remote role based in OKC for a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner. The Wound Care Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing specialized wound care treatments to patients in various settings. Day-to-day tasks include assessing and treating wounds, managing comprehensive wound care plans, providing education and support to patients and their families, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Qualifications - Experience in Wound Care and Ostomy Care - Strong background in Nursing and Medicine - Ability to work independently and remotely - Excellent communication and patient education skills - Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the states of Oklahoma - Experience in home health, nursing home, or assisted living care is a plus - Advanced certification in wound care (e.g., CWON, CWOCN) is a plus
