Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Certified Surgical Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: ASAP Duration: 8 weeks 32 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Position: Lead Surgical Technician Location: Lindsay, OK Assignment Length: 8 Weeks Hours: 32 hours per week Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead Surgical Tech to join a small, dedicated surgical team. This role requires a hands-on, confident professional who can assist in managing the flow of the OR and support a tight-knit clinical team. The facility primarily handles inmate cases , so professionalism, composure, and excellent communication skills are essential. Key Details Schedule: 32 hours per week Start: ASAP Duration: 8 weeks (possibility of extension based on performance and need) Setting: 1-room OR with a small, collaborative team 1 Surgeon 2 OR RNs 2 OR Techs Required Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years of Surgical Tech experience Lead Tech experience highly preferred Strong skills in: Ortho (hands, feet, shoulders – no totals) General Surgery ENT Scopes / Endoscopy Must be comfortable working independently in a small surgical team environment Certifications BLS (American Heart Association) — Required NBSTSA Certification — Required “We are an equal opportunity employer.
