Job Description:
Work Dates Needed: ASAP - Ongoing Preferred Schedule: 12hr
shifts, 6a-6p / 6p-6a 8-10 shifts per month of coverage needed
Providers willing to work nights preferred Worksite Setting:
Inpatient Scope of Work: 40k annual volume Avg 20-25 patients per
shift Trauma 3 15% admission rate 17 beds Admissions not required
Support Staff: 6 RNs, 1-2 APPs, 3 MAs, Supervision not required
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active OK license (IMLC not
accepted), ABEM, ACLS, BLS, PALS, EMR: Epic
