Job Description:
Start: January 5, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed) Length: Up
to 52 weeks (flexible) ; locums-to-perm pathway Practice Setting:
100% Outpatient (clinic-based) with minimal hospital
consults/rounding Schedule: Mon Thu 8 30 on-site (3 4 days/week)
telehealth on off weeks Volume: patients/day ; Adults & Geriatrics
(18) Treatments: Chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy,
hormone therapy, infusions ; no BMT , no acute leukemias EMR:
Mosaiq On-call: Optional
