Schedule Requirements: - 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule - No
block scheduling; flexibility is required Responsibilities: -
Provide comprehensive nursing care to cardiac and stepdown patients
- Monitor and manage cardiac rhythms and IV antiarrhythmic
medications - Care for post-cardiothoracic surgery patients after
ICU transfer - Float to Med/Surg or ER as needed to support
CVCU/Med-Surg holds - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to
ensure safe, high-quality patient care Submission Requirements: -
Minimum of 6 months of Stepdown experience (REQUIRED) - Must be
willing to float to Med/Surg or ER for CVCU/Med-Surg holds
(REQUIRED) - Flexibility with scheduling; block scheduling is not
