Requirements: NA Job Description: Responsible for the development,
administration, and implementation of OT treatment programs for
inpatients/outpatients and injured workers including patients in
the skilled nursing facility. Responsible for appropriate
documentation. Supervises supportive OT personnel. Serve as a
liaison upon discharge. Requirements: Degree in Occupational
Therapy required. Eligible for or holds current Occupational
Therapist licensure to practice in the State of Oklahoma required.
BLS required. Previous experience preferred. Good written and
verbal communication skills. Typing and basic computer skills
