Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapist - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: Ongoing - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Staff Shift: DAYS - 8HR/10HR/12HR: Flexible Job Description: The Physical Therapist is responsible for the evaluation, planning, direction and administration of physical therapy modalities of treatment as prescribed by a licensed physician. He/she administers treatments as prescribed by a referring physician in an effort to restore function and prevent disability following injury, disease or physical disability. He/she assists patients to reach their maximum performance and level of functioning, while learning to live within the limits of their capabilities. Required Knowledge, Skills, Licensure, Training & Travel Requirements: At least a MS in Physical Therapy required. Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma required. BLS required. First Aid certification preferred. Crisis Prevention training (TEAM) required within 6 months of hire (PRN-N/A). Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience inpatient rehab or acute experience preferred.
