Conduct patient assessments including evaluating symptoms, medical history, and performing physical examinations Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals Use a variety of therapeutic techniques to relieve pain, improve mobility, and facilitate recovery Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and preventative measures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and records Proficient in orthopedic and manual physical therapy techniques Excellent patient assessment and diagnostic skills Ability to design effective treatment plans and execute therapeutic interventions Strong interpersonal and communication skills Capability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state license to practice physical therapy Additional certification in orthopedic manual therapy is preferred
