Intermediate Care Registered Nurse (IMC RN) to join our team in

Care Unit setting, managing complex patient situations. Monitor and
record patient vital signs, and administer medications as
prescribed by the attending physician. Collaborate with other
healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care delivery
and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Communicate
effectively with patients and their families, providing comfort and
information throughout the critical care process. Ensure adherence
to hospital policies and procedures, maintaining standards for
safety and efficacy. Participate in continuous education to improve
patient care through learning new technologies and medical
procedures. Strong clinical skills in an acute care setting
Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
in a dynamic and changing environment Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Compassionate patient care with a dedication
to ethical principles Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Oklahoma or compact state Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
