Assess, plan, and implement patient care in an emergency room setting. Monitor patient status and respond to medical emergencies promptly. Administer medications, perform treatments, and assist in minor medical operations. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Educate patients and their families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and preventive care. Ensure the effective operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer's instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions. Proficiency in all aspects of emergency care. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
