Provide high-quality nursing care for patients in emergency situations Assess patients quickly and prioritize care based on their needs Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient status Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop effective plans of care Document all patient interactions and treatments Educate patients and families on management of their condition and preventive measures Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment Strong clinical skills in a high-pressure emergency room setting Excellent decision-making and prioritization capabilities Superb interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma BLS/ACLS certification TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certification preferred
