Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in an emergency room setting. Provide immediate medical attention to patients suffering from trauma, injury or severe medical conditions. Administer medications, maintain detailed patient records, and assist with diagnostics. Communicate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to ensure quality care. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, medical surgical procedures and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Exceptional clinical skills in an ER setting. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Oklahoma. BLS certification required. ACLS and PALS certification preferred.
