Assess, plan, and implement patient care plans in a timely manner Administer medications, maintain patient records, and monitor vital signs Collaborate with physicians and other medical staff to provide comprehensive emergency care Educate patients and their families on treatment and care plans Handle medical emergencies and provide rapid response in critical situations Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards Strong clinical skills in an emergency room setting Ability to work effectively under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and patient records systems Valid RN license in the state of Oklahoma BLS (Basic Life Support) certification ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
