Registered Nurse (RN) | Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit Location: Lawton, OK Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,398 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/29/2026 About the Position ID: 76025751 Shift: Nights 12 hours 12 Hour Nights (36 Hour Guarantee) Description: 13-week assignment foran open ICU. The unit is a medical ICU, Surgical ICU, CVICU and neuroICU. In the event the helicopter cannot fly, we will care forpediatric patients in the unit. The unit isconsists of two sections containing a 14-bed unit and a 12-bed unit. Patient splacement is determined based on bed availability not by reason for admittance.Staffing ratio in ICU is 1:2 with the occasional 1:3 for ICU patients. Low census may result in floating to CVCU, which is a 1:4 staffing, or to ED to care for hold patients with the same patient ratios.
