Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel
nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Oklahoma City,
Oklahoma. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel
Opportunity: /n RN - FS /n/n Job Details: /n • Provide nursing care
to patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex
under general supervision /n• Must have MS (Medical-Surgical) and
SD (Step-Down) experience required /n• Travel experience and Level
1 trauma experience preferred /n• Charge nurse experience preferred
/n• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required /n• Assume
responsibility for assigned group of patients /n• Document patient
responses to nursing interventions and prescribed medical
treatments /n• Assist physicians in patient examinations and minor
diagnostic procedures /n• Obtain and monitor physiological data of
patients and intervene when necessary /n• Administer medications as
prescribed and manage IV infusions and blood products /n• Interact
with families and patients regarding care plans and discharge
planning /n• Make referrals to appropriate personnel for patient
care needs /n• Delegate tasks to support staff as needed /n•
Required certifications: Current Oklahoma RN License or multistate
compact RN License (eNLC), Current BLS from American Heart
Association /n• Associate's Degree in Nursing from accredited
program required /n• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred /n•
Strong verbal and written communication skills required /n•
Computer skills and ability to respond to cultural and language
