Job Description:
Gifted Healthcare is seeking a passionate and dedicated Travel
Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team
in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This position offers the unique
opportunity to provide high-quality nursing care in a dynamic and
supportive environment focused on enhancing patient recovery in
long-term acute care settings. The ideal candidate will utilize
specialized skills to assist patients with severe illnesses or
injuries requiring extended hospital care beyond the typical stay.
Assess patient condition and implement clinical treatment plans.
Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and record patient
progress. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to
enhance patient care. Educate patients and families on disease
processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of
therapeutic regimens. Manage care for patients with complex chronic
illnesses or severe injuries requiring long-term treatment. Strong
clinical skills in a hospital setting Proficiency with electronic
medical record (EMR) systems Excellent communication and critical
thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced
environment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma or ability to
obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) Certified Advanced Cardiac Life
Support (ACLS) preferred
