Job Description:

H2 Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team of rehabilitation professionals. The selected candidate will work under the supervision of our physical therapists to assist with the execution of therapy plans designed to improve the mobility and comfort of our clients. This role requires effective communication skills and a genuine passion for patient care. The right candidate will be integral in helping patients achieve their health goals through therapeutic implementation guided by our compassionate service ethos. Assist physical therapists in the development and application of treatment plans Document patient responses to treatment and report outcomes to supervising therapist Help manage patient mobility to facilitate treatment objectives Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and self-care techniques Maintain equipment and treatment areas Strong interpersonal skills Ability to follow detailed instructions Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment Basic understanding of physiotherapy techniques and patient management Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active state license as a Physical Therapy Assistant CPR certified preferred
