Assist workers engaged in preparing foods for restaurant by
performing a combination of duties. Also, to produce all orders on
an a la carte basis and to prep for buffets, banquets, salad bars
and hors d' oeuvres. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Must be able to "prep"
food products for line and banquet consumption, using standardized
food preparation techniques. a. Wash, peel, cut, and seed
vegetables and fruits; clean, and cut meats, poultry, and seafood;
stir and strain soups and sauces, etc. b. Weigh and measure
designated ingredients. 2. Date all food containers and rotate as
per the SOP, making sure perishables are kept at proper
temperatures. 3. Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from
work stations, stove, and refrigerator. 4. Store foods in
designated areas, utilizing knowledge of temperature requirements
and food spoilage. Maintain sanitary regulations of food
temperatures. Rotate all products. 5. Maintain high standard of
personal hygiene in compliance with state, county, and company
policy. 1. Previous prep cook or related experience preferred 2.
Must be flexible to working days, early mornings, evenings,
weekends and holidays 3. High school diploma or equivalent
preferred 4. Must have Food Handlers License on start date. We are
