Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leader in payment technology and
software solutions, is seeking an Inside Sales Software
Relationship Manager to enhance client engagements and foster
relationships within the financial services sector. The ideal
candidate will drive the acquisition and growth of relationships,
leveraging our cutting-edge technology to meet client needs. This
role will involve strategic sales planning, execution, and the
development of opportunities aligned with our organisational goals.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders
in the financial services industry. Identify client needs and
recommend appropriate software and service solutions. Manage sales
pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business
opportunities. Stay up-to-date with new product releases and ensure
clients are aware of relevant updates and upgrades. Negotiate and
close agreements with clients while adhering to company policies.
Collaborate with sales teams and other internal departments to
develop and grow strategic client relationships. Provide detailed
updates and feedback to management on the status of accounts.
Strong understanding of CRM software and MS Office. Excellent
communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven
ability to manage complex sales cycles from start to finish. Strong
analytical skills to evaluate market trends and client needs.
Experience with financial services software solutions. Certified
Sales Professional (CSP) Certificate in Financial Services
Solutions
