Job Description:
Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a
Production Superintendent role in Ponca City, OK. Our client is a

Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily production
activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are
met or exceeded. Lead and supervise production teams, providing
clear direction, coaching, and performance feedback. Monitor key
performance indicators (KPIs) to drive productivity, reduce
downtime, and improve throughput. Collaborate with maintenance,
quality, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth and consistent
operations. Promote and enforce workplace safety standards,
ensuring compliance with OSHA and company policies. Identify areas
for process improvement and implement lean manufacturing practices
to increase operational efficiency. Ensure adherence to production
schedules while maintaining product quality and minimizing waste.
Support training and development initiatives to grow team
capabilities and foster a high-performance culture. Prepare and
maintain accurate reports on production performance, shift
summaries, and personnel issues. Act as a key liaison between
frontline employees and upper management to communicate goals and
resolve challenges. Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in a
production leadership or supervisory role within a manufacturing
environment. Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced,
results-driven operation. Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing
principles and continuous improvement practices. Excellent
organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability
to manage multiple priorities, troubleshoot issues, and adapt
quickly to changing conditions. High school diploma or equivalent
required; associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
preferred. Experience in food manufacturing or a regulated
production environment is a plus. Candidates must live within 30
minutes of the plant or be willing to relocate within 6 months of
employment. Relocation assistance may be considered for the right
