We're seeking a highly disciplined and confident individual who
will contribute to our team's new sales growth while also
maintaining the highest standards of personal excellence and
professional performance. You will be fast-tracked into a leadership position upon
learning our basic sales processes and achieving certain key sales
metrics out in the field. A background in college athletics,
military, serving or bartending, or B2B or D2D sales (or simply a
proven track record of outstanding performance and promotability in
a chosen career field) is preferred but it is not required. The
most important quality we're looking for is that you want to lead a
team from the front rather than push your team from the back. If
any of this sounds like you, we're eager to speak with you! Our Ideal Candidate (You): Position Description: As a Sales Team Leader Trainee, you will plan your own work
schedule. Your immediate primary goal is to thoughtfully connect
with business owners and key decision-makers at small and
medium-sized businesses within your sales territory by making
in-person sales calls. You will connect with your team often, but
you will not be
required to report to an office. You will spend most of your day in
your territory, building rapport with clients, making sales, and/or
setting appointments. In addition to making your own sales, you
will learn to train new reps out in the field and be a team leader
and key player on your sales team. Compensation: Compensation includes a weekly draw pay option during the
training period as well as uncapped commissions, cash and stock
bonuses and incentives, and lifetime vested renewal commissions.
The average entry-level salesperson in their first year here earns
$65k-75k plus bonuses and incentives, and $100k+ by their third
year here. Top sales producers are earning $80k-120k+ in their
first year, and $150k-250k+ plus bonuses and incentives by their
third year here. Sales Team Leaders are paid training bonuses and
management commissions and bonuses in addition to their regular
