Material Quality Manager (Experienced Professional)

This person will guarantee the quality of materials (primary materials, mixes, tissues, elastomers, textile and metallic cables) assembled and delivered according to customer requirements.


  • The conformity of materials is ensured throughout the manufacturing process, allowing their release.
  • The identified risks are controlled, and the effectiveness of implemented guarantee actions is demonstrated.
  • Manage up to nine quality control technicians
  • The risks of nonsatisfaction of the customer are anticipated in the process of quality planning and their control contributes to the qualification of raw materials, materials, processes and methods.
  • All the complaints, non-conformities and changes in performance are treated with necessary reactions and effectiveness. Causes of anomalies and nonperformance are resolved at the activity level.
  • For its domain:
  • The adequacy and application of quality assurance related to the manufacture of the material are guaranteed
  • The suitable quality plan is defined and applied.
  • The guarantee referential are defined and applied locally.
  • Quality assurance provisions are implemented and effective.

  • Qualification of personnel having an impact on the quality of materials is ensured a sustainable manner


  • 4-year bachelor's degree in the Engineering field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, management experience preferred
  • Manufacturing experience preferred
