Job Summary:

Experienced professional responsible for the management or provision of technical and/or non-technical customer service. Must be able to communicat fluently in Spanish


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly research incidents and interact with other departments inside and outside of LegalShield
  • Ensures enterprise-wide compliance with established standards, policies and procedures are followed
  • Initiate correspondence to members and other institutions to facilitate resolution
  • Work with multiple streams of data to draw conclusion and/or take actions
  • Assess the situation and make decisions which directly impact the customer experience and impact to the business
  • Build collaborative relationships with our members and directly support our member authentication at single or multiple location as needed
  • Review transactions and authenticate the information provided by members
  • Prepare and maintain a case file documenting all activities
  • Provide case summaries to management

Required Skills/Competencies:

  • Customer service and/or phone interview experience with demonstrated ability to analyze issues and develop problem solving methodology with minimal guidance
  • Ability to make risk-based, informed decisions while working in a regulatory research or research environment
  • Experience working in an environment involving confidential and proprietary business information with the ability to maintain the highest standards of privacy and security
  • Ability to follow and abide by all information and security policies, including regulatory requirements
  • Passion for customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills
  • Detailed-oriented and organized
  • Problem-solving and analytical
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • Positive professional attitude and team player
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Self -starter with high level of initiative
  • Strong commitment to department and company goals
  • Strong computer literacy is required
  • Ability to demonstrate patience and diligence in everyday tasks

Desired Skills/Experience:

  • High School Degree or GED equivalent required. College degree preferred
  • Call Center experience preferred
