Our Multisite Physical Therapists work in a variety of clinics to cover vacation, maternity, and growth of clinics with a specified radius from their home. The position comes with a 10% pay differential, paid mileage, a fully funded residency with EIM, and a 4 day work week with Mondays or Fridays off. Qualifications:
Requirements:Physical Therapist Assistant Licensure in good standing in Oklahoma.1 Year Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, new graduates strongly encouraged to apply.Strong Manual Therapy and Clinical Reasoning Skills.Desire to be a part of a Team that emphasizes a service-based culture of excellence and life-long learning.Truly enjoys the work of helping others, in an environment that is fun and rewarding. -Education:Graduate of Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program, licensed or eligible for licensure in State of Oklahoma.

Responsibilities:
Core Duties:Reviewing patient medical historyDiagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concernsDeveloping individualized treatment plans for patients -Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the planUsing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients' pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury -Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed -Educating patients and family members about the recovery process associated with physical therapy
