Who Develops You: Team Owner What You're Great At: You are a detail oriented professional with a strong sense of urgency, but not at the expense of quality. You are a good listener, extremely organized, solutions based, and results driven. You are passionate about being both efficient and effective in process management and customer service. What You'll Do: Manage the listing launch and contract to close process for all transactions Enter listing data, descriptions and pictures into MLS Coordinate photography, staging and other listing launch functions Act as the liaison between real estate agents, clients, attorneys, escrow companies and mortgage brokers Read all aspects of contracts in order to execute obligations and to maintain all trailing paperwork: inspection reports, receipts, bills, etc. Execute all administrative tasks involved in closing a sale Create timelines and follow-up processes to ensure all transaction deadlines are met Maintain accurate and compliant transaction files Provide weekly check-ins with real estate agents to ensure timely closings Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session and Partner Call Knowledge and Skills: Service oriented leadership Excellent at building rapport Strong written and verbal communication skills Phenomenal organizational skills Learning based High school graduate Real estate license preferred, but not required Other Details: Compensation DOE, range from $27,000-$30,000 We have a Monday through Friday, in-house work model with flexibility for an occasional work from home day and vacation planning.We are excited to meet the person that truly believes they could be a match!
