Job Description:

J.D. McCarty Center is looking for a Temporary Groundskeeper. Hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday. This position will work approx 20-30 hours per week and will last until November 2023. Duties include mowing, edging, removing trash, trimming trees, bushes, etc. May assist in other areas of maintenance when directed.Salary: $16.00 per hour Must be at least 18 years old. Have working knowledge of basic lawn equipment and its usage. Be able to have extended periods of standing and walking. Must be able to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds.-- Must be able to climb ladders and stairs. Must have a valid drivers license. Must follow hospital COVID policies.The work hours may be adjusted to accommodate weather related conditions such as heat index.
