- Plan and run UX research studies, including user interviews,
usability testing, and surveys, to gather valuable insights into
user behaviors and interactions with the product.
- Analyze research data to identify key patterns and trends, and
effectively communicate findings, ensuring research outcomes are
easily understandable by stakeholders
- Make practical product recommendations, based on research
insights, that drive user-centered design decisions.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to
co-create innovative solutions, fostering a collaborative

usability testing, A/B testing, data analysis, and persona
mapping.
- Specialize in user-centered research and human-centered design
principles, consistently prioritizing user needs and preferences to
drive informed and user-friendly design decisions.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams,
collaborating with individuals from diverse fields such as
engineering, product, and more to ensure a cohesive and
user-centric product development process.
- Proven ability to investigate issues in screen-based products,
developing sophisticated solutions, and assessing the impact of
these solutions through iterative design processes.
- A basic understanding of front-end code (HTML/CSS), enabling
effective communication and collaboration with development teams
during the design implementation phase. At Cisco Meraki, we're
challenging the status quo with the power of diversity, inclusion,
and collaboration. When we connect different perspectives, we can
imagine new possibilities, inspire innovation, and release the full
