Global Payments Inc., a frontrunner in payment technology and software solutions, seeks a Bilingual Inside Sales Relationship Manager to enhance our relationship-driven sales initiatives within the Banking, Insurance & Investment sectors. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in forging lasting relationships with strategic customers and partners, driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets by utilizing their bilingual skills and indepth knowledge of financial products and markets. Nurture and develop relationships with key corporate clients to achieve sales targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, support, and product teams to deliver effective solutions that meet client needs. Prepare detailed proposals and contracts to ensure clear communication and effective service delivery. Monitor market and competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain competitive edge. Participate in industry events and seminars to bolster company reputation and network. Provide detailed reports on client interactions and sales progress to senior management. Maintain a deep understanding of company products and their capabilities to ensure client needs are met. Proficiency in two languages Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven sales ability with track record of meeting or exceeding targets Knowledge of financial products and markets Ability to work collaboratively across teams Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Sales or Relationship Management (e.g., Certified Sales Professional, CSP) Additional certifications in financial products or services are advantageous.
