Specialist at Brighter Day Are you passionate about making a

Motivate: Use your creativity and out-of-the-box thinking to
develop innovative strategies that encourage children to achieve
their goals. Personalized Support: Work closely with children to
understand their unique needs and aspirations, providing tailored
support in areas such as daily living skills, personal development,
and community involvement. Empowerment: Foster a positive and
empowering environment where children feel confident and capable of
taking on new challenges. Demonstrate Life Skills: Lead by example
and mentor children in developing essential life skills.
Collaboration: Collaborate with a dedicated team of professionals
to create and implement individualized plans that promote
independence and well-being. What We’re Looking For: Energetic and
Creative Thinker: Someone who brings enthusiasm and fresh ideas to
the table. Compassionate and Supportive: A person who genuinely
cares about the well-being and success of children. Excellent
Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect
with children, their families, and team members. Problem Solver:
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing situations with
ease. Shifts: 7am-7pm & 7p-7a Saturday & Sunday. Must be 18 years
of age with a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance. Must
be able to pass a background check. No experience required. We will

Requirements No felonies in the past 5 years. Must have a valid
driver's license, verifiable auto insurance, and reliable
